We will no longer be offering shipping on transactions under $50. We have found it to not be cost effective, as most times shipping proves to be more expensive than the items being shipped. No exceptions.

If your item is something we cannot ship ourselves, examples include: Framed Art, Furniture, Sculptures, Items needing professionally packed or crated, any large or irregularly shaped items that will not fit in a priority mail usps large flate rate box, you will be responsible for arranging a UPS (or other suitable) pick-up during the allotted pick-up time. We will no longer be transporting these items.

Within 2-5 days of auction close, we will ship your item. We will bill your auction ninja card on file through Stripe. We will assess a $2.95 packing fee to cover materials used plus the flat rate shipping amount (small: $8.45, medium: $15.50, large: $21.90). We will send a confirmation email to your e-mail address on file with tracking info and your total shipping cost. Please confirm your Auction Ninja address ON YOUR INVOICE is correct as we will ONLY be shipping to the shipping address on your INVOICE.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Fairlight Estate Sales will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Fairlight Estate Sales sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
