Early 1900s Composition Doll And Traditional German Head Dress Gear

COMPOSITION STYLE Doll EARLY 1900 and called as such as they were made out of a mixture of sawdust and glue, resulting in a stronger finish and lighter finish. Previously, most dolls had heads made out of porcelain which was very heavy or Papier-mâché which was very fragile.
