Antique Late 18th /early 19th Century Sealing Wax Jack Dispenser & Sander

Antique primitive painted tin sealing wax Jack dispenser. Remnants of paint on tin dispenser, cutter on top. Mounted on wood base with quill holder. Walnut sand shaker with original finish to blot ink. Wax dispenser measures 7" x 4" x 5" T. Sand shaker is 3 1/4 " x 3 1/2".
