Due to the online nature of the auction and the amount of items, we've grouped many of the clothes and books into lots starting at only $10!
IMPORTANT NOTE: This was a non-smoking, no pet home, and there are no "funky" vintage smells on any of the items, including the clothes.

This estate is from Jutka Burtman, aka Jutka Goz, aka Jennifer Jordan (her stage name). She was Miss Hungary 1959, and she leaves behind a lifetime of treasures that she shared with her 2 husbands.

The first was Lenny Burtman, an atomic scientist for the US Military, pilot, cinematographer, fetish publisher, art collector and history enthusiast. Lenny is the one responsible for most of the items you see in this estate, he was an avid collector and lover of the beautiful and bizarre.
Her second husband was Kurt Niklas, who started Bistro Garden restaurant, which was sold to Wolfgang Puck and then became Spago.

Jutka and Lenny purchased their condo (the building where these contents are currently housed) brand new in the 1970's, a building that many celebrities called home, including Rita Hayworth. Most of the items from this estate come from the 1970's and 80's time frame.

As with all our sales, EVERYTHING must go, which means that all our lots start at a low price, many as low as $10.

Los Angeles sales tax will be charged, unless a CA seller's permit can be shown upon registration.

Pickup times will be by appointment only at the residence in Beverly HIlls. This is a high security building which is why we're prohibited from having a sale on-site or preview.
