Wassily B3 Style Modern Leather And Steel Club Chairs 2 Lots. This Is Lot 1 Of 2

One of two Wassily chairs offered here. There are no Knoll or Marcel Breuer marks or tags on the chairs. However lot (1) has a made in Italy sticker on the bottom. These modernist club armchairs were designed by Marcel Breuer (1902-1981) and originally manufactured by Knoll. These appear to be from the 1970s and the leather is extra heavy, thick, and in excellent condition, recently rejuvenated and cleaned. The chrome has been polished with 0000 steel wool and shines.

A classic design that allows for a very comfortable seating position with ease of entry and exit. The seat portion is 17 inches high at the front and 11.5 inches as the back so one naturally slides to the back. the front width of the seat portion is 18.5 inches wide. The quality of construction plus the lightness of the of the chairs 23 pounds allows one to easily move the chairs about the house as need. These chairs compliment almost any home décor, modern or contemporary. These chairs are ready to be brought home and used for years to come. There are no scratches or markings on the leather.
