“This 36 input SONY /MCI 3036 console has been, and is still in daily use. It has Not been sitting in storage somewhere, unpowered, or in disrepair.
Every channel passes signal.
Yes, it could use the typical cleaning, and maintenance all consoles occasionally require.
When moving this console, as usual, the modules will need to be removed. Once the Frame is in the new location, that’s the time to do edge connector cleaning etc. before placing the modules back into the frame.
A burnishing/cleaning of the patchbay at the same time would be recommended. Again, this is a typical occasional operational maintenance procedure.

You must provide your own freight and moving arrangements and Whomever does this needs to be a professional moving company and be properly insured. This item will need to be taken apart prior to moving - please have your movers bring tools to do so as we are not equipped to assist. It will need to go down 4 steps. A unique pick up time during the week of May 2-5 will be scheduled with the winning bidder for this item to accommodate moving service availabilities, planning and schedules. If may 2-5 is not enough time to secure movers we can also offer a pick up may 20-26.

Trod Nossel’s Sony MCI MXP board has some unique mods built into our board by our engineer.

Also included is a channel testing strip and an extra power supply for rebuild.
