The fabric has some soiling but it can be cleaned to look much better. Or if you’re not too particular a good vacuuming will make it look better some fabric loss on the side as you can see by the photos but nothing that takes away from this great looking sofa

Notes: Overall structurally sound could use a cleaning but ok as is
