The Darien Scouts raise their annual operating funds through the sale of items generously donated by residents of Darien, CT and friends of Scouting. Funds raised support our town wide Scouting program including eight cub scout and ScoutsBSA units serving over 250 youth.
Winning Bidders Will Receive Address Via Email – PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE IT (select in your dashboard to receive auction win information either via email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale has closed).
THIS IS A SHIPPING ONLY AUCTION. All items are shipped to auction winners using USPS flat rate packages. Shipping costs will be determined after your order is complete and we can determine the package size needed. USPS rates are small box ($7.90), medium box ($13.75), and large box ($19.30). A handling fee of $2.50 is added per box. We will make every effort to fit all of your winnings into one box.

Darien Scouts is chartered by The Andrew Shaw Memorial Trust, a 501(c)3 charity whose mission is to support vibrant Cub Scout and ScoutsBSA programs in Darien, CT. Since we are a charity, we charge only a 12% Buyers Premium. This cost covers our administrative and auction software expenses. Most auctions are 18% or more.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Most of the items Darien Scouts sell are donated and used. Many are antique or vintage. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. Often there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
The auction begins to close at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot will close in sequence which extends the auction ending for at least an hour. In addition, if people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes until all bidding is concluded. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.
