Formal Gown For Wedding, Debut

Vintage white satin gown, embellished with hand-sewn floral appliqués of strung glass pearls, lace, and iridescent sequins. Confected with lacy sweetheart neckline , antebellum waistline, and off-shoulder, ruched puff sleeves . The embroidered lace bodice is fitted and the gathered full skirt of heavy luxurious satin Is edged with matching lace appliqués . The skirt is lined with a taffeta slip and a tulle petticoat . The metal zipper down the V-back is topped with two invisible eye and hook fasteners.
The gown was purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue for a New York debutante ball circa 1988, and worn once more at a a wedding.
It is approx. size two. The model is 5 foot eight, and not wearing heels.
Measured flat, the waist is approximately 25”, From armpit to armpit 34”, and skirt length from the waist to bottom is 42”
