Hi-Ranch house located 2nd floor 5 steps up. Outside there about 5 long steps.
Can go to lower level with another 5 steps down out thru garage door.

My family purchased it new and nobody ever plays it so it's time to find a new home for it. I'm no piano expert so bear with me.
