If you would like an item shipped please contact us to discuss BEFORE you bid. We are only offering limited shipping on a few small items for this sale. Premier Estate Liquidators, LLC is not responsible for damage during shipment. Shipping costs are coordinated by you and third party shipper. A handling fee per item, minimum $5 and maximum $15 is charged. Handling fee is at Premier Estate Liquidators discretion based on value and size of the item.
No items are shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected.

LARGE ITEM PURCHASES- YOU MUST BRING HELP TO REMOVE AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Premier Estate Liquidators will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items.
We will be doing large item pickup 2/27. Exceptions are being made for the pool table and the very large wall unit (lot #185) which can be scheduled.

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. There are NO exceptions.
