This auction will be curbside ...view morepickup. This townhome is a secured building with security access. Our movers will be onsite to bring large items down to your vehicle for loading. If you prefer a specific time on Saturday the 30th, please reach out to Rich Monaco II via email at: theauctionaut@gmail.com or text: 203.627.7651 for an appointment time. We ask that you properly measure your transport vehicle and ask any questions as they relate to size prior to bidding. As we continue to practice the highest level of social distancing due to COVID-19: We ask that you wait in your car upon arrival, we will greet you curbside then retrieve your items and have you sign your invoice. You may bring your own pen or use and keep one of ours. We ask ALL winning bidders picking up on Saturday May 30th to be patient.
