There will be some logistical challenges, due to limited Parking. Please be considerate and patient, also please make sure you text ahead if you will be picking up heavy furniture. This is to ensure that we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner on all three days. There is no shipping for these auctions, unless you find a carrier who will pick up for you at the designated time.
Please ensure you have the proper vehicle, and help necessary to transport items you win, during the designated pick-up times.
Remember any items not claimed at designated times will be considered forfeited.

We cannot offer any returns on this sale. Please remember you are buying items from someone's home. EVERYTHING IS USED AND SOLD AS IS!
