All items will be brought curbside, unless stated on the listing. It’s important to read the entire listing for additional information. If the item fits through the doorway, it will not be disassembled. If it cannot be safely moved through the doorway, it will be disassembled by my movers. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle. However, if you do not have anyone to help you load your vehicle, my movers are always available to lend a hand. However, this is not a free service. Please inquire what the cost will be for loading your vehicle when you arrive to the pickup. If you do not have cash on hand, my movers take Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, etc.

Items will be packaged and shipped by UPS. Buyer will be contacted by UPS and will pay UPS directly. Please keep in mind if you choose to ship an oversize heavy item (lamps, artwork, etc.), it will be quite costly and should be thoroughly considered prior to bidding. If you request shipping and decide afterwards not to move forward with shipping, there will be a transport/storage fee incurred. Winning bidders will receive the pick up address via email (please check your spam folder). Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive auction win information via email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.
All sales are final and all items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Unless noted on the listing, all items are previously owned (NOT NEW). Due to limited time available during a photo shoot, there may be an imperfection not noticed. Please refer to all of the photos, as they are part of the description. CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations; the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items are antique, vintage or previously owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use.
