Spooktacular Sale of Long Time Eclectic Collector Part 1 in Springfield, MA (LOCAL PICKUP ONLY)

Auction pickup is in the Forest Park Heights historic neighborhood in Springfield MA-the first exit after leaving CT.

Owner has amassed a large and eclectic collection via his home clear out business including Neon Lights, Watches, ...view morememorabilia, vintage toys, signage and so much more. He is dipping his toe in the water with this auction. The house is quite full and items may appear in the background of photos-ONLY ITEMS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THE LISTING ARE INCLUDED. Also the lighting was poor-even with auxiliary lighting some photos are grainy, I will answer questions the best I can but I do not have access to the items again until the pickup. Many items have not been touched in years if not longer and Most items are dusty. Some will need cleaning as well as a dusting off. Also the owner smokes occasionally and there is a light smoke odor on the first floor which may linger on some items. The books were stored on the 2nd floor where there did not seem to be an odor.

Due to the low lighting in this home some pictures are grainy-if you have any questions please call or text auction manager as all items are sold as is.
