Winter Country Scene Trunk, David Cosman, "The Country Painter"

A really beautiful pine trunk with brass side handles and a hinged lid showcasing a detailed, hand-painted winter country scene entitled "The Arrival." The piece is truly a work of art, created and signed by David Cosman (American, 1941-1919). Cosman was known as "The Country Painter." His work focused on winter country scenes in old times and was purchased by collectors at art shows and gift shops for decades. Excellent, ready-to-display condition. Please see pics.
