Item Description

Estelle Coniff (1912-2000) was a Yale graduate and also attended the School for the Chicago Art Institute. Coniff's art work has been commissioned throughout the country, including hanging in such notable places as the Wadsworth Athenaeum, Hartford, American Museum of Art, New Britain, St. Joseph's College, West Hartford, Abby of Regina Laurdis, Bethlehem, Mt. Angel Abbey, state of Washington, Emhart Manufacturing Co., Farmington, Harriet Beecher Stowe Foundation, including the portrait of Catherine Day, Ford Motor Company, Detroit, MI and in numerous private collections.
This lovely painting is 30 x 24, appears to be faded in some areas by sunlight.
