Vintage Steiff - "Peki" - Pekingese Puppy

Gregory, a magnificent vintage Steiff Peky mohair Pekingese Dog. Crafted from copper-orange mohair with discreet black/brown airbrushed detailing and a lighter muzzle, Gregory is the smallest example of this classic design at 4.5" long. His Steiff button, yellow tag and paper ID are absent but he is unmistakably a Steiff. Although the identifying details are absent, research tells us he is most likely code number 1310,00. Given this information he is dated between 1959 and 1967.
