Vintage Pair Of Mid Century Modern Paul McCobb For Widdicomb Wall Sconces

This lot consists of two unique electric wall sconces. I believe these were designed by Paul McCobb for Widdicomb Furniture. See the rest of the matching bedroom set that is definitly designed by McCobb .The other pieces are listed on the invoice. The story goes that these were a special gift because the delivery of the man's chest was late.(See paper work photos).I cannot confirm this , it is what one of the heirs told us. Please use your own judgement.I have no written proof of that.Each One measures approx. 14" x 23" and stick out 11" from the wall." They are have seen better days. The wooden shades(wrapped over metal) do have cracks in them. Finish looks like it was re varnished.. A COPY of this paperwork will be included. Should one person win a majority of the set , they will be given the originals. Please see the other lots for the matching pieces.
