in nice vintage condition - shows some paint loss on metal band and some scuffs typical of age measuring 9"h x 11.25"w
Helen Hume was know for her fantastic Folk Art Buckets and Baskets. Helen Hume was from Bradford Pennsylvania, she was an art teacher, as well as the creator of hand painted home decor. Active from the 40's to the 70's.
