Vintage Mid-Century African Batik Framed Tribal Art Unsigned

Framed artwork - African batik (I think), fabric, wood frame, covered by glass, textured matte, unsigned, not sure what country it is from, from the mid- century.
Frame measures 17 5/8” x 21 5/8”
Art measures 9 5/8” x 12 1/2” (showing through matte
The owner’s father travelled a lot so many items were purchased in different countries.

Notes: Glass is good, frame has some surface wear, artwork looks good, backing is worn,.

Consistent with age and use.
