Item Description

Vintage Metal Singer Working Sewing Machine Comes With Special Carrying Case And Various Attachments & Manual. Great classic model, 301A, ready to go. This Singer 301A was manufactured in 1951 and remains popular today for its precise stitching. It features a lightweight aluminum frame and straight stitching. The 301 models also introduced Singer’s revolutionary slant shank system that used a slanting needle to create a new sewing method. These are selling online from $300 to $500. Christie

Among attachments, numbered, are: 160625, 161166, 16062,l 160626, 160627.

Case looks like linen like vinyl and possibly faux stitched leather. Measures 17.75 x 9.50 x 13.50 in. high with handle down. Brass clasps with either Bakelite or other plastic handle.

Notes: Tested--appears motor works - needle goes up and down when floor pedal depressed. Caswe has expected wear from use and vintage.
