Vintage Marvin Green Metal Adjustable Window Fan Not Working

Cool old vintage Marvin green metal window fan. Tested and currently not working. Does seem like it wants to turn but doesn't. Little tlc and could possibly be back to cooling things down. Fan has adjustable slides to fit most windows. Fan measures 24" x 10 1/2" x 4 1/2", but remember it is adjustable to measurements do change.
