Vintage Lot Gourds Red Decorated Edge & Brown Carved People

Vintage lot of gourds:

Red has a decorated edge and is suitable to be used as a bowl. It measures about 8 1/2” in diameter x 4 1/4” H. It is unsigned. It has a few scuffs and knicks but no cracks. A bit of soiling on interior but still ok as a decorative piece.

Brown has a carved image of two people walking and talking with one carrying food on their head. This piece is also unsigned. It measures 6 3/8” x 5 7/8” x 3” H approximately. It is in good used condition.

Many carved gourds come from Peru. Perhaps these came from there.

Consistent with age and use.
