Vintage Handlan Railroad Lantern

Beautiful vintage railroad lantern from the 1930s and 1940s. Train crews communicated via lantern signals during periods of low visibility or at night. This lantern with the red globe was used by station agents to signal a train to stop. Great addition to a collection or perfect for display!
Approx. 10" tall, 16" to top of handle, 6.5" across. Vintage condition consistent with age and use; please see pics.
