Frame measures 18 5/8” x 23 3/8”
Art measures 12” x 16” within matte

I cannot find anything about this artist. Maybe I am not reading it properly.

Notes: Some wear on the frame, glass is fine, matte looks pretty good, print has water stains in several places but no visible tears or creases.

Consistent with age and use.
