Vintage Dietz #40 Traffic Gard Lantern

Made for Consolidated Edison, one of the oldest suppliers of electricity in the United States, this lantern was likely used by construction crews to signal roadside work areas and caution drivers. Very cool piece of history!
Approx. 8" tall, 13" to top of handle, 7.5" across. Condition consistent with age and use; please see pics.
