Item Description

A vintage butler’s tray style coffee table featuring four arched and hinged leaves that lay flat or fold up into a tray design. Each leaf includes a brass hinge and finger cutout for carrying. The coffee table terminates on tapered legs with an x-stretcher on the base.
Appears to be mahogany. Marked 8030609 Centennial. Purchased at Gensel's furniture store (Mineola, NY – the store's showroom occupied a historic home owned by the Valentine family that was built in the 1850s.)
Dimensions: 46"W × 31.5"D × 17"H (with leaves down).
Condition: very good.
