Item Description

From a shoreline estate home, these pre-cut, wood sheets of perforated doll house pieces have never been used - they are waiting for you to bring them to life. Complete with schematic drawings and 8 pages of instructions - the project will be achievable! They are a light- weight wood. We believe it I all there because when in the original box- it is filled up. Good luck in the Bidding and have a load of fun and enjoyment during and after its completion.
The Box is 18" wide x 26" long x 2" thick
The wood sheets are either: 24" long x 18" wide ( eight of these) or 18" long x 13" wide ( three of these). Both the Instruction sheets and the 1-page of side views have schematic drawings.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
-Please ONLY 1 Buyer at the Pick-Up door at a time.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items & please bring your proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
