Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and retrieve their items. Please bring all needed packing materials and help to carry heavy loads. If you would like your winnings sent by UPS, we can recommend a service who will pick up and ship on your behalf. Please secure this outside service before bidding.

Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited. All sales are final with no refunds and all items are sold as is.
