16 pieces in this set, clearly a bit older when you look at the tableware, small spoons and forks. Looks like maybe 2 pieces are missing but not certain (lid for teapot?). One of the teacups is missing the handle. Overall very nice set and a lot of fun for a child for an afternoon tea.
