A small piece of nuclear sub history encased in lucite - it's a lucite paperweight containing a piece of the wooden keel block used to launch the nuclear sub USS Columbia SSN-771 in Groton, Connecticut in 1994. This keel block paperweight not only commemorates the launch of the Columbia (which was christened by then First Lady, Hillary Clinton), but also the final launch of a U.S. sub down a long wooden ramp into the sea
