Full Description

The Guardian Fall Protection Beamer BBC is a Fall Arrest anchor designed for use on the top or bottom flange of a steel I or H beam. It shares many of the features of its relative, the Beamer 2000, but with models available to fit an even wider variety of beams.

Beam Size: Fits 12”-24” beams (between 2½” – 4” thick)

Applicable Standards: ANSI Z359.18-17, ANSI A10.32-12, OSHA 1926 Subpart M, OSHA 1910

Worker Capacity Range: 130-420 lbs.

Material: Stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum

Min. Breaking Strength: 5,000 lbs.

ANSI Z359.18-2017 Compliance Information

In June of 2017, ANSI released its Z359.18-2017 Safety Requirements for Anchorage Connectors for Active Fall Protection Systems standard, which made significant changes to testing and compliance requirements for fall protection anchorage connectors.
