You must also email or text a note to the auctioneer advising that someone will be picking up your item(s) in your place.

Please bring a pre-signed copy with you for the auctioneer and/or be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone when arriving.

Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup. This is a residential neighborhood, please be cognizant of the neighbors, no parking on lawns.
