T & V France Limoges Porcelain Ink Well And Blotter

This set is in good condition for its age. It is beautifully hand painted and made by the Tressemann and Vogt company, France. There is one spot that looks like a small spot of white paint, which I didn't want to try and clean so I am leaving it as is as found.
