Item Description

Stunning wood burl and wood grains. Figural and floral bronze ormolu accent embellishments abound. A true work of furniture art with this masterfully crafted piece. Graceful cabriole tapered legs end with classic bronze claw feet in front. Bronze accent goddesses at the top of each front leg. Leather desk top (above a single drawer), is graced with a fine gold stencil surround. Beautiful brass floral accents at the sides. Five cubby drawers two of which are delightfully curved and perfectly fitted, above desk top expertly tucked in below a garrisoned upper level at top rear. Some veneer loss to edge surround below desk top noted. Good used condition.
