NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP ITEMS.
PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF AND ANY OTHER BIDDERS.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN TO SIGN YOUR INVOICE.

• Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.

The cast iron bath tub will be at a different location in East Canaan, winner of that item must contact the auction manager to make arrangements for pick up. If the winner of the bath tub also wins other items in this auction, they may all be picked up together. An appointment to pick up the bath tub can be made from 9/28 - 10/4 at a mutually agreed upon time. It is extremely heavy, it will require at least 3 people and a large vehicle.
