Signed envelope by Pele. In the early 1990s Big Bobs Sports Collectibles sold franchised sports card shops and hired Pele to be their celebrity guest at the annual franchise purchasing show. Special quests who were considering investing on a franchise got to meet him and this is an unopened franchisee promo packet from the event that was signed.
