Item Description

Hard to make out the signature - looks to begin with a "G" possibly. The ship and the flag both read "New Bedford". Framed size is about 23&3/4" x 16". Canvas is closer to 19&7/8" x 12&1/8". Stretcher and nails have significant age - probably circa 1890s.

Notes: Wear and dirt from age.

Consistent with age and use.
