Table: 35.5"W x 71"L x 30"H. Some surface wear and dings. Table has a hidden fold away extension under the top. The two sides are stuck and need to be worked free to slide open and extend the table and additional 20".
Chairs: 20"W x 23"D x 40"H. Seat: 18"H. Stains and wear noted on seat cushions.
