This neat vintage antique cap gun is 98 years old and is highly collectible .This single shot cap gun was made in 1922. Andes (or Andis) made several different, very popular models, and styles of cap guns in the 1920's. This is a heavy small frame single shot style cap gun that measures 5.5 inches long. This antique toy gun is cast iron. Trigger engages hammer and it can be cocked and fired. However, hammer does not hit the strike plate super hard . This highly sought after gun is listed in the Cap Gun with Values guide by James L Dundas on page 43. This Antique gun is from the good old days and is extremely popular with collectors.
