Great, rare porcelain advertising tape dispenser with original paper label. Made by Adsealit Sealer Tape Dispenser Packaging Advertising Co., NYC (see maker's mark in photos). Used to moisten tape for sealing. Shows some wear, is missing paper on back side as shown in photo.
