Item Description

This egg is one of a kind as no two Millefiori art works are ever the same. They're hand made and have the individual artistic characteristics of the maker.

This egg paperweight is made with colorful glass canes that are cut across into many pieces called 'millefiori' ("A Thousand Flowers") and are then fused around a blob of glass. That bonding of millefiori with the glass core creates a unique mosaic-like design.
