Item Description

"Wonders of the Past" series. Mill's Superior Cigarettes Color Trading Cards. W.D & H.O. Wills, The Imperial Tobacco Co , of Great Britain & Ireland, Ltd. The wood frame is 12 3/4" wide x 15 3/4" tall. Each cigarette full color card is 1 3/8" x 2 1/2".
Cigarette cards are trading cards issued by tobacco manufacturers to stiffen cigarette packaging and advertise cigarette brands. Between 1875 and the 1940's, cigarette companies often included collectible cards with their packages of cigarettes.
