This plaque looks like a sepia photo in a frame.
It has its own stand on the back.
The frame is olivier green and the image is in shades of sepia on cream.
It is clearly marked on the back, made in Ireland for Brooks Brothers.
I have not seen another piece like it.
Great on a desk or in a book case.
It measures 4 5/8" high by 3 5/8" across.
Perfect condition.
No chips, cracks or crazing.
