Item Description

This lovely set of rattan furniture is in good condition. We acquired it at an ocean-front Madison, CT beach estate, this has plenty of miles left in its tank and is ready for its new patio, pool deck, living room, or sun room.
Sofa- 82 1/2" wide x 34" deep x 32" tall. From the seat cushions to the floor is 17".
Love Seat - 59" wide x 34" deep x 33" tall. Seat cushions are 17" up off the floor.
Coffee Table with two thick glass top pieces - 51" long x 24" wide x 16" tall.
Armchair - 35 1/2" wide x 33" tall x 37 1/2" deep x 18" from top of cushion to floor.
This is a well- enjoyed set of rattan furniture that is structurally sound. The cushions are in good shape. Each cushion has a zipper for cleaning times. This is not a brand new set that would cost big money at the local furniture stores. One area of the 12 cushions and the surface of the couch under the cushions have dirt spots. One cushion has worn linen spots in the high touch area of the front edge. On the top rail of the couch is some brown discoloration and the set has age appropriate paint loss spots from here to there. The photos will show how nice these still are.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
-Please ONLY 1 Buyer at the Pick-Up door at a time.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items & please bring your proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
