Item Description

This stunning and rare large Lladró head of La Maja (Spanish: The Woman) was designed by Juan Huerta. Finely hand-crafted with a glazed finish, this porcelain bust of a woman with her hair held by two roses was issued in 1969 and retired in 1985. Sculpted, painted, and finished by hand in Valencia, Spain.
Dimensions: 8 1/2"W x 5"D x 12"H
Condition: very good.
