Item Description

This is an amazing piece by well known modern artist Claude Flavet (1940-). Two figures with subtle details imbedded stare out at the viewer. The medium looks like a mix of marker and watercolor. There are water marks on this painting which may or may not be intentional. Top right corner reads "Flavet 1968 New York". There is a "Kulicke" New York City label on the back. The piece "floats" in a mid century modern frame.

Notes: wear from age including some scrapes and marks and a few areas of loss.

Consistent with age and use.
