M (Malcolm) and Ruth Waite had a studio in Dennisport, Cape Code on route 28 in the 70's and 80's, perhaps beyond that period of time. M. Waite painted the ocean and beach scenes, without people in the scenes. His waves in the ocean scenes were transparent and very remarkable. Ruth, his wife, painted mostly boats of a fishing nature, such as you might see tied up to a dock in Gloucester or some such port.
