Late 19th Century NeoClassical Very Unusual Burl-wood Extending Dining Table with (4) Four Leaves.
The Middle base pedestal of the table is fantastic with a total of 10 Columns.
This fantastic table has been well cared for and is breathtaking, with apron of scrolling and Greek Key Pattern. It has solid brass pulls that are stationary to give it a fantastic look, the columns are done in a black lacquer. This definitely makes a huge statement.
The Oval shape table without 4 leaves Is 70 inches, larger oval With all 4 leaves is a total of 120 inches.
The apron of the curved edging truly brings most of the major part with pedestal to the full extent of its warm rich beauty, topped off with the stunning flamed Burl-wood top.
One of the black lacquered column has a minor foot scratch on pedestal. Please look at all photos.
When fully extended it will fit 12 comfortably.
